Chartered Surveyor with a value-add mindset
Luke is an accomplished MRICS Chartered Surveyor with a proven track record in identifying and executing value-add opportunities across diverse commercial and residential portfolios. His consultancy experience includes managing assets in excess of £1bn for leading property management firms and Local Authorities, delivering strong returns through strategic asset enhancement and rigorous market assessment.
Highly experienced in analysing market demand and deliverability, Luke has worked on redevelopment projects ranging from central London refurbishments valued at up to £8.5m to the promotion of significant land-banked holdings for large-scale planning consents.
Combining entrepreneurial vision with deep technical expertise in project leadership, Luke ensures that every project, whether a bespoke farmhouse rebuild or a multi-million-pound commercial redevelopment, is both market-responsive and commercially robust.

Meet Pat
Residential developer focused on delivery
Pat brings over a decade of property experience across both the UK and New Zealand, with a strong track record in identifying underutilised assets and unlocking value through thoughtful development. With particular strengths in opportunity sourcing, due diligence and viability analysis, he plays a key role in shaping projects from initial concept through to delivery.
After relocating from New Zealand to the UK, Pat began his full-time development journey, developing a sharp instinct for recognising potential and transforming opportunities into well-considered, market-responsive homes. With a keen eye for design and quality finishes, he focuses on creating spaces that reflect the expectations of modern living while maintaining strong commercial fundamentals.
Prior to entering the property sector, Pat spent 20 years in the events industry, where he co-founded a successful business specialising in the design and construction of bespoke temporary structures. This entrepreneurial background provided extensive experience across business operations, project delivery and client management, all of which translate directly into the development process.
Combining strategic oversight with a hands-on mindset, Pat remains closely involved throughout each project, often working directly on smaller renovation schemes to ensure quality execution and attention to detail at every stage.
