Expertly converted a Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Cheltenham from C2 to C3 use. Originally built in the early 1800s and home to the Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, this restored property now comprises 9 high standard, one to three bedroom modern apartments, complemented by landscaped gardens and allocated car-parking. The perfect location nestled in the heart of Cheltenham town centre.
We took an original Edwardian period building back to brick to breathe new life into it and transform it into the perfect family home. This once neglected property was previously separated into two flats but has been restored to its original guise of a single residence and includes four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, expansive rear decking opening on to a spacious garden and a newly paved driveway.
This property was a mix of various buildings, built and linked together over a number of years. The main buildings, the Grade II listed thatched barn and the adjoining stone cottage, were the central focus of this unique development. The buildings were meticulously restored and renovated to showcase the original features and enhance modern-day family living. New extensions to both the Southern and Western side created high end living spaces, with views overlooking the garden.
